I have a question i wanted to buy admin but it didn't let me because it sead that Currently PayPal accounts in Jordan are only able to send payments

im really new to paypal and i don't think this problem got a solution.. unless jordan make a strike or such or paypal add jordan to their list

well, if you have a good friend that knows what he is doing you can dupe from different ip's... for instance, i know a guy that can ip "shadow" or make it seem like he is logging in from a mile away, when in true reality he is three feet away. so, no matter what you do there can still be dupers ... but that is still a good idea for the people that aren't as smart as my friend...
